A Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card is a privilege card exclusively given to the members of the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), also known as Pag-IBIG (Pagtutulungan sa Kinabukasan: Ikaw, Bangko, Industriya at Gobyerno) Fund. Members are encouraged to get a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card to avail its awesome benefits.
With this card, you can enjoy special discounts and rewards to more than 150 partner establishments such as grocery stores, clinics, hospitals, resorts, hotels, theme parks and even schools! Just show your Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card to the participating partners upon making payment to save more money.
Furthermore, this card costs only ₱100 and is a one-time payment since it has no expiration. So you won’t have to renew it, it’s permanent. Of the over 17 million members of Pag-IBIG, more than 3 million of them already got their Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card.

How to Get Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card
- Download, print and fill-up the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Application Form.
- Bring your accomplished application form and requirements to the nearest Pag-IBIG Office in your city or municipality. Please be advised to wear proper attire.
- Present your requirements to the person-in-charge and have it checked.
- Proceed to the cashier window to pay for the card fee worth ₱100.
- Go to the booth or designated area where your picture shall be captured.
- Then, you’ll be asked to validate all the information you have provided and sign in the signature tablet.
- Get your claim stub and wait for your card to be released.
Some people claimed that they have obtained their’s in few minutes. Other’s say it took them several days. However, it is safe to assume that your card will be released 15 – 45 days. You may choose to have it delivered or pick it up in the Pag-IBIG Office.
In case you have lost your claim stub, don’t worry. Just visit their official website and go to the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card section. Then on the right side corner, click on the LIST OF CARDS FOR CLAIM AT BRANCH menu. A PDF file will open on the new tab and check if your name is on the list. Just wait for it for a while though since sometimes it loads slow.
I am sorry to blow your bubble, but the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card is not a recognized valid ID in the Philippines. Some offices might allow you to transact using the card to verify your identity, but it’s not guaranteed to be accepted in all agencies.
